Hacky way indeed. I already thought about that but was sort of hoping there would be a nicer way to do it. Especially since this will probably have me hacking all over osg in short order. Being able to use a release-build of osg is really one of my goals. Apparently I need to adjust my goals to include "help implementing what I need from an osg release" Which suits me just fine, I'm just not sure I have the time for it.
