I already thought about that but was sort of hoping there would be a nicer way to do it. Especially since this will probably have me hacking all over osg in short order. Being able to use a release-build of osg is really one of my goals. Apparently I need to adjust my goals to include "help implementing what I need from an osg release" Which suits me just fine, I'm just not sure I have the time for it.
Many users are pushing the OSG's envelope in lots of different ways - once you have enough users and they do enough interesting things users will get to points that the OSG no longer provides for - the solution is engage with the community and the code, so you've taken the first ;-) osgLua/osgPython is still pretty new and thier widespread usage will certainly flesh out parts of osgIntrospection/wrappers and the core OSG API. I'm keen to get any holes filled in and get it integrated in time for the next release. Cheers, Robert. _______________________________________________ osg-users mailing list [email protected] http://openscenegraph.net/mailman/listinfo/osg-users http://www.openscenegraph.org/
