Thanks, this isolates the problem to the new ability to handle nested
StateSet's.
I can't tell if you scene graph invokes a problem case that the new
code doesn't handle, or that the new code is correct, and the problem
lies in an ambiguous set of the scene graph that just worked by luck
last time.
Is there any chance that you could send a .osg file that reproduces
this problem? I really need to be able to recreate things ay my end
to inventigate.
This hasn't been possible. Just saving my scene graph from app did not work.
I was hoping that it is a simple thing and if the position is found it
will just be obvious by looking at the diff/code.
On the latest CVS version (since the older ones had "Error: Not able to
create requested visual." problems in my configuration):
osgdepthshadow works without any problems.
osgshadowtext(ure you meant I guess) is frozen. Nothing moves. Also the
window seems not to be updated at all.
When was the last time you did a CVS update? A day or so ago I made a
fix that solved a freeze on start up that I was see on a couple of the
examples.
I think thats it because I've updated more than a week ago.
