I apologize; if you think that's what I was suggesting, I must not have made
myself clear.

I've seen repeated requests over the past three years for finding a node by
name. When a need for a tool has been demonstrated repeatedly over a long
period of time, I'd think that tool would be a good candidate for inclusion
in osgUtil.

You've seen the same emails as I have, so if you've seen a need that
requires a more general node search tool, then I defer to your role as
project lead; it's your call.
