I apologize; if you think that's what I was suggesting, I must not have made myself clear. I've seen repeated requests over the past three years for finding a node by name. When a need for a tool has been demonstrated repeatedly over a long period of time, I'd think that tool would be a good candidate for inclusion in osgUtil.
