I'm hesitant about having a all inclusive ViewerEventHandler like the
old osgProducer::Viewer one, and prefer having several smaller, but
functionally focused handlers.

One could possible have such a everything and the kitchen sink
handler, but this would be something that would have to be composed
from a select set of handlers.

As to what you might want to include... we'll no doubt there will be
lots of lots of things we could think of. Tallying up all the
functionality of the old osgProducer::Viewer wouldn't be a bad place
to start, such as full screen toggle, screen snapshots, recording
animation paths etc. Perhaps you could place them all under a single
include/osgViewer/ViewerEventHandler header file to avoid poluting
osgViewer include directory with 101 micro handlers.

Ok I understand and I agree with your point of view.
So I think to do a ViewerHandler starting with these features :
- toggle fullscreen / windowed
- hide / show window decoration
- maybe change the windowed resolution (start at something like 640*480 to
the screen resolution)
- Screen capture ? or its place is with a "capture" handler which also makes
animation path capture ?
