1. Entry for OpenEV on start menu doesn't point to valid location.
"C:\Windows\system32\ " C:\OSGeo4W\bin\openev.bat
2. Starting OpenEV by running C:\OSGeo4W\bin\openev.bat fails because
MSVCR90.dll is missing.
