This is likely a problem with the most recent libtiff package which is
broken, gory details here http://osgeo-
org.1803224.n2.nabble.com/mscvr90-tt6731900.html. Try downgrading to
`libtiff 4.0.0.dev-90` (instead of `dev-91`)
