Well, it might have helped if the problem was caused by a (overly long) corrupted path. It might still be caused by some unexpected (danish?) characters in @PATH@. Here is my path:
/(reformatted for legibility)/

C:\Users\asi>set path

Path=C:\spatialsuite\app\perl\site\bin
C:\spatialsuite\app\perl\bin
C:\app\Oracle\Ora11g_32Home\bin
C:\Windows\system32
C:\Windows
C:\Windows\System32\Wbem
C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\
C:\Program Files (x86)\QuickTime\QTSystem\
C:\Program Files\ActivIdentity\ActivClient\
C:\Program Files (x86)\ActivIdent ity\ActivClient\
C:\Program Files (x86)\Hewlett-Packard\IAM\bin
C:\App\Script\
C:\App\Bin\
C:\App\SysInternals\
C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_31\bin

I don't see anything here, or in the path to your user profile, using danish characters (but that's no guarantee it's not coming into play somehwere).
