I've created what I believe to the actual procedure to create the crash
on asgerpetersen's machine. From
https://bitbucket.org/maphew/addpath/src/tip/bug_295 use the [get
source] link at top right, unpack somewhere and:
1. Open cmd shell,
2. change path with set_bug_295_active_path.bat,
3. run Osgeo4w.bat (which calls addpath, and another bat file which also
calls addpath)
It all works for me, but maybe someone else can reproduce the failure
and we can get deeper.
