Hi, I do not use osgeo4w on this computer but maybe it can be a
hint:[[BR]]
I couldn't open grass7 installed from http://wingrass.fsv.cvut.cz/grass70
I found 3 sqlite3.dll files:
C:\Program Files\GRASS GIS 7.0.svn\sqlite\bin\sqlite3.dll[[BR]]
C:\Program Files\GRASS GIS 7.0.svn\extralib\sqlite3.dll[[BR]]
C:\Program Files\GRASS GIS 7.0.svn\Python27\DLLs\sqlite3.dll which is
bigger than the other two, so I renamed it. That made grass7 work.
