Tried with winGRASS7.svn nightly built:
Renaming:
C:\Programs\GRASS GIS 7.0.svn\Python27\DLLs\sqlite3.dll
to
C:\Programs\GRASS GIS 7.0.svn\Python27\DLLs\XXXsqlite3.dll
solves the problem. Hence we need to get rid of Python27\DLLs\sqlite3.dll
in OSGeo4W.
