#316: GDAL executables crash

Running any of the GDAL executables (eg gdalinfo, gdalwarp) from the
command line generates an error message (example attached) at the
conclusion of the command. The command appears to complete successfully
though and the output is as expected once the crash dialog has been
cleared.
OSGeo4W packages:
GDAL: 1.9.2-1
(The error does not occur with GDAL 1.9.1-2)
OS: Windows 7 64 bit
