Comment:
I just installed for a current user only on Windows 7 64 bit. Shortcuts
were created where appropriate. Also I was asked to elevate privileges to
make registry changes! That means it would fail to do so if I had no admin
account.
Install for all users silently failed to create shortcuts or show OS
request to elevate privileges.
