This is OSGeo4W. The referred page is from the GRASS project. Please
file a ticket there.
Our main page states that 32bit and 64bit (unfortunately) contain
different sets of packages. The [wiki:pkg-grass grass package page] also
states that most GRASS things are available on 32bit only.
That 6.4.3 doesn't work for you is a different issue. Please file another
ticket with steps to reproduce.
