If possible, I would still like to get some input on my previous
questions about the extender stuff itself...particularly the issue about
using/supporting frameworks that don't include this new extender
logic...since naturally we would like the ECF RSA impl to work on as
many impls of 4.2 spec (e.g. Felix of whatever version, Equinox 3.6.*,
etc) as possible.
