There are a number of other changes, but those include the major changes. The Core 4.3 CT is not final yet, so there are therefore no certified 4.3 frameworks available. Equinox as the Core 4.3 RI is the only complete Core 4.3 implementation I know of. Apache Felix is busy implementing but has not yet completed and/or is not yet available as a released version. --
