I got the situation of CT.

Regarding Equinox, the increase of the footprint seems approx. 200KB.
        org.eclipse.osgi_3.6.2.R36x_v20110210.jar:1.09MB
        org.eclipse.osgi_3.7.0.v20110613.jar:1.29MB

The increase might be caused by not only the spec update but another
reason(added original functions, etc...).
