Hi, I am puzzled about the following problem!When some bundles are installed,
and they start to run at the same time, their state is "active" at once;
however, some other bundles are stalled, would still be "installed";How can I
do so that those bundles would not be started to run at once automatically
after installing them? (let them be at "installed" state after installing them,
don't change into "active" state automatically)
