Li said Sino-Russian cooperation would lead to limiting "the geographical and political offensives launched by the United States and Japan." He also said that he hopes India will join Russia and China in a strategic alliance to stop "offensives launched by the U.S.-Japanese alliance over the past few years, undermine the pressure exerted by the U.S.-Japanese alliance, and further elevate China and Russia's big power status." -------------------------- Want to discuss this topic?
