Hi Hege One piece of advice is to use the "grief cycle" diagram in the planning meeting, for them to reflect on. My experience is that it creates space to talk quite openly about the readiness of the organization to go into an Open Space technology meeting. Also using a timeline to describe the story of the organization, works wonderfully in my experience.
