Hi. I have been lurking on the list for a few months and have enjoyed the discussions immensely and have learned a lot about Open Space and the people who are drawn to it.
I am new to Open Space and have a potential client who needs to implement a very critical technical project. All of their computer systems will shut down in June on 1999 if they don't deal with the "Millenium" bug. They are investigating ways to implement this project rapidly and are interested in using Large Group technologies. I would love to hear from anyone who has advice or experience in useing Open Space to implement a complex technical project.
