THE LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE FOR ECOLOGY AND THE ECONOMY invites you to a COMMUNITY FORUM on LAND USE AND TRANSPORTATION SATURDAY, JULY 15TH Petaluma Community Center 320 North McDowell (see directions below) 9 am (starts promptly) - 5:30 pm This all day event will offer you a chance to talk with others about the land use and transportation issues that matter to you and discuss what actions you might take towards realizing a brighter future for Sonoma County. Everyone will be invited to express their views, share information, learn from others and strategize about next steps. A summary of the proceedings will be made available to all who attend. The Community Forum will use a meeting method known as "Open Space." This is a proven way for people to come together for meaningful discussion. You will have the freedom to move in and out of discussions based on your interests. Open Space also provides a framework that encourages action. No previous experience is required.
