Hi all just had a great meeting with folks from Diageo (the 2 1/2 year old merger of Guinness and Grand Met - including Pillsbury and Burger King). They are interested in doing some work with the top 150 people to generate new leadership energy and a sense of a collective leadership community (in brief!)...... and there is great interest in having Open Space as the core for this work......
can you help with two things? 1) examples of anyone who has done Open Space work with any of the Diageo companies? 2) brilliant (of course!) examples of Open Space work (preferably at a senior level) with FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Blue Chip multinational companies? There may also be places in the archives for me to look? If anyone has some pointers? thanks everyone.
