Bank of Montreal continues to use Open Space for key meetings and engaging leadership. Not quite at the level of understanding you are implying. I have used Open Space with senior leadership in Risk Management at the Royal Bank, but those leaders have gone. Nortel, a definite multi-national, has been using Open Space with its CIO Form and related activities. I led one with a multi-national team focusing on e-commerce issues when their internal people could not. I have also with working with a colleague in a ministry of the Government of Ontario, Canada, where the ongoing using of Open Space in key project development and change processes has been quite successful. However, not at a point where writing a case story is possible.
