christoph... i think the rules or laws apply in all organizations, though some organizations are not able to produce or support the application of those rules as often as some others. many people run marathons. few run them every week. many more people are able to run 10 miles in a day, most can't do that everyday. some people say they can't run at all, but things changed when chased or when they're about to miss their bus. what's possible and what's practiced are two different, but inter-supporting, things. ...and so physics meets biology.
