Elena-- Probably some people will like to stand, but it is good to have chairs available for most, if not all. If the capacity of the room is a problem, you can figure out how many will be comfortable there (enough chairs, enough wall for the Bulletin Board) and open the meeting to the first x number that register, or arrive. A little crowding is okay, but you want some space for people and energy to flow. You will figure it out, one way or another.
