Dear friends, In whatever way convergence is done, congruity with the essence of OST is important. Convergence when there hasn't really been open space for maximum opportunities for divergence and emergence in the conversations, thinking, creativity, imagination and wonder is less successful than when space has really been open. Successful action, in my experience of tracking the follow up, related to convergence/action planning has a direct relationship with the clarity about the "givens".
