Thanks for the news. My conclusion: in spite of bad conditions created by radicals in both sides (one of them being Sharon, himself) and the bad geopolitical conditions, the inner space is still open in the majority of the israelis and palestinians that attended the Roma's event. And that is probably the BEST that could be obtained in the circunstaces. Let me add two other comments on the Rome event that I have not made one year ago. For sure , and as you and Avner have pointed out, there was the magic of Harrison creating a "reflexion period" (and thus violating, very cleverly, the rules of OST...). But the other is the fact that he began to insist in having a more neutral (non american) facilitator and even suggesting one. As this one has NOT accepted, the credabilitty of the facilitator was much bigger than if he had not pointed that in the firast place. Best wishes for all that are in "contact" with the situation Artur * * ========================================================== [email protected] ------------------------------ To subscribe, unsubscribe, change your options, view the archives of [email protected], Visit: http://listserv.boisestate.edu/archives/oslist.html
