Highly trained facilitators have a difficult time in Open Space because we just can't believe that we don't need to facilitate it. But that does not stop us from finding a way to facilitate - to make ourselves feel more useful or smart. Fact is however, people will self-organize around their passion and they will be productive - and all of the facilitation that we ever knew will show up in the room when it needs to by those who need to.
