Harrison--

I also believe that people are much the same everywhere, and that OS works
equally well with students.

And in any type of organization, one of the decisions that the sponsors must
make in advance is the policy regarding those who do not participate. For one
of my recent events, the organization's offices were closed to the public for
the day, but those who did not participate were expected to work as usual.

The only additional issue here is that schools are responsible for students
during school hours, so students who come to the OS site may, legally, have to
stay there to the end of the day.

I did one Open Space with teachers, and they LOVED being bumblebees, being
able to walk out of class when they chose!
