Dear friends and colleagues,
Coming back from a wonderful 3 days OST with Avner in Arad ( Avner will
be reporting soon) and am preparing for an OS with a telecom company
unit.
I will be meeting the steering community on Sunday and would appreciate
any ideas, experience, thoughts you mat have about the dilemma of
wonting a150 (about) for a unit that has 750 members and wonting to
invite them all for 'co creating the organization they want and are
enthusiastic to come to every morning'….
Until now I had three ideas:
1 The first to register will be in the OS until the list is closed.
2. Formula of representation and some free part for guests and others.
3. to invite everyone , see what happens and then see what decisions we
have to make.
Any comments, ideas will be greatly appreciated!
I am leaving now for Eilat with my family for the weekend and will be
able to read mail on Saturday night
