Hi all, What do you think about the way living systems organise the tacit knowledge?. It´s very interesting Don Beck´s Spiral Dynamics and I can see a relationship between how a collective organism encode cognitive knowledge and its mindset. Of course, system aspects like facilitators can overcome lack of understading by driving it towards the core purpose of the system. But in some ways, that will stop and restrict the system being free.
