This question really got my attention. My thoughts have gone from the grandiose (doing Open Space on TV...What is the biggest notice board we have ever set up...Open Space in Airports, Railway Stations...) to the everyday (How can I Open Space with the person next to me in the check in queue?) My keepers so far are: - I really like Susan Scott's book 'Fierce Conversations' where her question is something like 'What is the most important thing that you and I need to discuss right now?' - I wondered if we are using the potential of the internet for this work. Do we have our online notice board where people can say their name and what they would like to have a meeting about, and where other people can sign up for that meeting? Bulletin Boards don't seem to do it for people that I know. - We had a big company conference last week with the biggest yellow stickie board I have ever seen for people to give feedback in different headings. At the end it was dense with post it notes. I wish I had taken a photo. Could we set something like this up in a public place like an airport, railway station or shopping mall, perhaps in association with a charity, and publish the results? Do you remember in China they used to have a wall where people posted articles? The theme could be something like 'Making a better world'. Still working on this!
