Which is fine, depending on the objectives and the design and the needs of the Open Space (for example if it was great to have folks raise emerging issues but in the end a committee needs to know the group's thought on what the majority feels about which 5 to fund first, or so on). As it often turns out, having 'champions' name issues and lead action groups for an hour, as Chris mentions, keeps the highest energy items moving forward quite nicely, and even new things that lead to marvelous projects and outcomes can be raised in this reopening. Choices, choices, eh?
