Funda: Please share with us your meaning and intention of "welfare" .
I have a friend in Burundi who puts his life on the line every day rebuilding houses that have been destroyed from the Tutsi/Hutu skurmishes. He taught me that welfare is not a one way street. It's a reciprical exchange that benefits both parties.
