Here's another approach to time slots: it is possible to post the times of the morning circle, meals and evening news and allow the group to allocate the time as they so choose. This way, folks can hold sessions of any length. They can also hold sessions during meals (if meals are provided on site. . . might be different if folks are asked to go out and find restaurants).
