Ashley - lots of things pop up for me, in fact the whole second part of my last book (Part II "Wave Rider's Guide to the future") spells it all out. I don't think there are any surprises - 1) Invitation 2) Come to a Circle 3) Bring Passion and Responsibility 4) Remember the four principles. 5) Observe the Law... Well you get the picture. For me Wave Riding and Collective/collaborative leadership are one in the same which is why I called the book "Wave Rider: Leadership for High Performance in a self organizing world" And of course it all happens in Open Space (or open space) - where self organization blooms.
