Birgitt has requested that I add a clarification about Genuine Contact Organizations: "there is self organizing behavior within the Genuine Contact Organization, specifically where the space is clarified as âopen spaceâ in the organization. The organization itself is not developed from the premise of âself organizing systemsâ." Artur, I was intrigued in you talking about Whole Person Process Facilitation as a directive process. I see how you can call it that.
