Dear Raffi and you others out there,
I intrigue myself with Birgitts clarification you added.
Is there any organisation that does not have "self-organizing behavior"?
So far, I was pretty sure that organisations and all systems without
"self-organizing behavior" have ceased to exist.
Does it make any difference to the forces of self-organisation whether
an organisation is developed from the premise of a "self-organising
system" or not?
Greetings from Berlin where I am enjoying a spring like day at 17C
sprinkeld inbetween a string of cold and rainy fall days...

Queridos Harrison, Artur, y todos-
Harrison, thanks much for your response. I'm curious is there any way one
can get one's hot little hands on that dissertation?
Birgitt has requested that I add a clarification about Genuine Contact
Organizations:
"there is self organizing behavior within the Genuine Contact Organization,
specifically where the space is clarified as ‘open space’ in the
organization. The organization itself is not developed from the premise of
‘self organizing systems’."
Artur, I was intrigued in you talking about Whole Person Process
Facilitation as a directive process. I see how you can call it that. And as
someone who has been using WPPF the past 6 years, I'm excited that the four
principles and the Law are invoked- at least the way I was taught- in a WPPF
meeting...I don't know of any other meeting method that works within a
pre-set agenda that does that.
abrazos,
Raffi
