Thanks for your answer Michel. Whenever and where ever it happens is the right time :) So there might be a need in Scandinavia for a OSonOS 2012 or not that we will see! At our last meeting in Aug 2011 we saw a need for a Scandinavian OSonOS 2011. And we also said that we will go to London so the thing is to plan so they are not on the same dates.

Dear Ulrika, my take on this is not to plan for European (Scandinavian, German, French...) events when the WOSonOS is in Europe... you can always convene national, regional, local etc. OSonOS at the WOSonOS itself when it is in Europe. When it is not in Europe, European OSonOS are a great alternative for folks like me in Europe (right, Berlin is part of Europe) that love OSonOSes but cant make it to the WOSonOS on other continents. Paris saw the First European OSonOS in 2009 when WOSonOS 2009 convened in Taiwan. There was no European OSonOS when WOSonOS 2010 convened in Berlin (well, maybe the Scandinavians had theirs!!!). Sardinia saw the Second European OSonOS in May of 2011 when WOSonOS 2011 is in Chile, coming up soon in October! There will be no European OSonOS in 2012 when WOSonOS 2012 will convene in London (yes, London is part of Europe). In 2013 there will be a European OSonOS in the Netherlands (once it was a global colonial power but now happily is part of Europe) even though it is not quite clear yet, where WOSonOS 2013 will be (outer space?)... Despite all this "prussian planning" anybody, anywhere will plan and convene OSonOSes, Learning Exchanges, Stammtische and other such gatherings anytime they have the urgent need, also called passion, to do so.
