Hi Phelim, What a terrific opportunity! You could mention something about OST as a great way for diverse or conflicted groups to creatively deal with complex and important issues. Or that it works by inviting individuals to take responsibility for what they love. And rather than the chaos you think would emerge, the needs of individuals and the whole are both met.
There's so much that could be said! That people can adopt the ideas as a life practice, leading to more creative, productive, and fun experiences in organizations and communities. That it is the embodiment of a complex adaptive system at work. Okay, that's probably too much jargon. I hope you tell your story and I'm sure it will be terrific.
