Hi Michael, in this particular case it was relatively easy. More than half of the group speaks English fairly well. In addition, a local colleague translated what I had to say in the beginning. I gave him an audio file with a record of my intro one day prior the event. So, he was semi familiar with the content. It worked pretty well. During the event other people volunteered to translate what I had to say during evening news and morning announcements. It was fun watching the self organisation unfold.
