Harrison I have a different experience. I think it takes two seconds to do that unlearning. Just open space gently and without fuss. The assumptions we make about "unlearning" become a self-fulfilling prophecy when we string it out to two days and stick those curse words "workshop" or "course@ to the invite. We can learn suddenly and spectacularly and unlearning comes just as easy if we get the hell out of the way of ourselves and others.
There is a more profound reason to get together for two days though: not to unlearn but to hang out together for the sheer joy of that and to SHARE learning.
