Hi Steve

There was a weird thing that happened to me with this list. a couple of years 
ago for some reason on my computer it stopped displaying who messages were from 
in their name, as it had done previously. So I had to hunt for their email to 
see who it was from further in the body of the email. This definitely put 
relationship One step away and meant i just didn't engage with the email as 
easily as I didn’t engage with the person first. This may be a simple settings 
thing in my computer that I haven't done. I love the simplicity of this list. 
But it didn’t quite build relationship in the same way.
