* -> known list checking
highway!=construction -> redundant construction=*
- junction=roundabout
cycleway=opposite(_track) -> broken
sidewalk=both/yes/left -> Bürgersteig innen -> broken
- maxheight
Muss float/numerisch sein oder "default", "none", "unsigned",
"no_sign", "no_indications", "below_default"

- sidewalk
-> nicht auf trunk, motorway oder motorroad=yes
