I think the best way is to make it an issue and wait for Victors reaction. If it is a simple, fast change on OsmAnd side we will await that. If it is a simple change to "my" files I will create a new set. If it is a simple-workaround on my side until some OsmAnd fix comes, I will create a new intermediate set as well.
