OsmAnd doesn't have that capability yet. You can submit a GitHub issue asking 
for it. (I might do just that, because I'd like it, too.)

Your best alternative is to use a website like YOURS or OpenRouteService to 
generate your route and export it to a gpx file that you copy to your phone. 
The downside of this is that OsmAnd will just "blindly" route you along the 
track without using a lot of its own features  (e.g., lane guidance, showing 
the speed limit, etc.).
