Hum... lets see if I am properly using (and understanding) how BRouter works :-)
After running it, I map the "car-eco" profile to "motorcar_short" and
"car-fast" to "motorcar_fast", for example.

In osmand if I select the fastest option I imagine that it will use
motorcar_fast from brouter, while if I select the economic route it
will use motorcar_short. Is that right?

Most of the places that I travel have a maxspeed of 100 km/h (with an
average speed of around 90 km/h)
And maybe I am not a good example: I usually prefer some routes that
go through smaller places.

For example, here:

https://umap.openstreetmap.co/en/map/untitled-map_1253#9/-22.2586/-49.7873

Tracing routes from the green pin to the red pin, I get:

With car-fast (in red color) distance 426 km with an estimated travel
time of 7h 43 min
With car-eco (in green color) it says that the distance is 405 km with
an estimated travel time of 7h 20 min
With Car-FastEco-NoUnpaved (in blue color) it says that the distance
is 408 km and time of 7h 24 min

The calculated time are off by +2 hours it seems.

The car-fast (red) would be my last choice: while it calculates a
route with more motorways, it also has more tolls.
car-eco (green) is good for me, but I would choose
Car-FastEco-NoUnpaved in this specific example (blue)

But in general, and for my personal taste, both car-eco and
Car-FastEco-NoUnpaved would be fine to be the default profile for my
routes.
