Android 8.0, OSMAnd 2.9.3

I chose a logging intervall of 10 seconds. logging minimum displacement =
"not selected", logging minimum accuracy = "not selected". logging minimum
Speed = "not selected". So there is no reason for delays of any logging of
any point. But when I have a look at the time stamps of recorded
trackpoints in a gpx file I find them with time intervalls of 10 s and 11
s. The sequence of 10's and 11's is completly irregular. If this sequence
would alternate between 10 and 11 in a regular way (like
10-10-11-10-10-11-10-10-11...), this might be caused by rounding of
internal non-integer numbers, but this is cannot be the case for irregular
sequences. Does anyone know why OSMAnd does not keep to the chosen time
intervall? Or what to do to avoid this misbehaviour?

Thank you.
