I have an Android Samsung tablet, and not totally familiar with all its or OsmAnd's functions; however, I have designated that maps be stored in my 'external' chip. The chip has 23 GBs available; however, I seem to have reached a limit with maps I can download because it keeps telling me that there's not enough memory available.
Does some of each map use up a significant amount of Device space? I can't keep deleting applications--I've either moved ones to my SD card that I'm allowed to do, or have deleted all but the (very) few apps I use all the time. I've even cleaned out the "Miscellaneous" files on the Device. FYI, I've downloaded only five Standard maps: 3 regions of France and the states of Pennsylvania and Vermont. Do I need to upgrade from my (older) Samsung Nook? Greg -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Osmand" group.
